Jay Chou - Novembers' Chopin
Hari tu aku dah janji nak buat review pasal Jay's new album, tapi tak sempat-sempat nak buat. Malas + pc probs = No review...Hehehehe, janji Saturday tapi Ahad jugak. Tapi tak per at least ada gak kan..??As I promised, hari ni aku nak buat review pasal album baru Jay Chou, Novembers'Chopin. This is the first album I think, he use English language as a album title. Album ni release kat Taiwan 31 Oktober 2005.Album ni banyak kelainan berbanding dengan album Jay yang dulu, OrangeJasmine. Banyak perubahan dari segi music arragement, melody and lyrics. Memang I can't understand Chinese language, but I take the lyric translation from one Jay Chou website. But I don't think so that they translate the lyrics correctly because it's hard to translate Chinese language to English. Just like to translate Malay language to English. Other features from this album are bonus VCD (Video clip for Nocturne) and new image of Jay Chou! His luxury look, an earing and curly hair! What a new looks for a new album. But hosnestly, that's not a right image for his new album.
It has 12 tracks in this album, include 2 bonus tracks that from his previous single for his debut film, Initial D. All songs were composed by Jay Chou himself and he colobarate with some guys to write the lyircs for each song. This album is better than Orange Jasmine, because in this album Jay Chou not focus on only for RnB but other genre also. There's so many good tracks in this album that can be hit. Such as Nocturne (as a first single), Maple, Black Woolen Sweater, Against The Grain and Coral Sea (as a second single, duet with his protege, Lara). Blue Hurricane is a weak song in this album. His voice not suitable for the rock song. Yeah, Blue Hurricane is the rock song!
